What devices are supported?

HELLO! MUSEUM is available on both iPhone and Android smartphones. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

Do I need an internet connection to use the audio guide?

You need a data connection when entering the exhibition code to download the guide data. Once the download is complete, you can use it offline.

Can I use it in airplane mode?

Yes. After the guide data has been downloaded, you can use it in airplane mode. No need to worry even if the venue doesn't have Wi-Fi.

What languages are supported?

Supported languages vary by exhibition, but we offer audio and subtitle guides in multiple languages including Japanese and English. Please check the details for each exhibition.

What is the video sync feature?

The app detects audio watermarks embedded in exhibition videos and synchronizes subtitles and audio guides in real time as the video plays. Simply launch the app near the speaker and synchronization begins automatically.
